THE BLACK HAND
Trump's Mafia State Demands Voter Rolls
When The Mafia moves into your neighborhood, they beat people up, shake down individuals, businesses and intimidate local government. The Black Hand threatens everyone with blackmail, violent garbage can beatings or retribution style murder in the streets. If you want it to stop, you surrender to The Black Hand and play ball.
What does playing ball look like in Minnesota?
Attorney General Pam Bondi made that crystal clear in a letter to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz demanding Minnesota’s voter rolls in exchange for ending the violent, chaotic invasion of sadistic ICE agents.
Trump’s interest in private voter-roll data dates back to 2017. No, you’re not crazy, Trump won in 2016, but maybe he wasn’t sure he could get re-elected without “help,” or maybe he wanted to identify voters who didn’t vote for him, so he set up a “Voter Fraud Commission” chaired by Vice President Mike Pence, with Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach as vice chair. Kobach, a long-time proponent of restrictive voting laws, played a central role.
In mid-2017, Kobach sent letters to all fifty states requesting detailed voter-roll information, including data not publicly available in many jurisdictions. The request immediately raised alarms among state election officials, who questioned both the commission’s authority and the security risks of turning over sensitive voter data to the feds with no clear mandate.
The response was swift and definitive. Forty-four states and the District of Columbia refused. Not blue states alone—red states too. Mississippi Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann, a Republican, told the commission they could “go jump in the Gulf of Mexico.” Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows noted pointedly that “The Department of Justice has the power to investigate, prosecute, and place people in jail”—an implicit warning about what could happen if sensitive data fell into the wrong hands.”
The commission disbanded in January 2018 without issuing a final report.
Today, Trump still wants access to state voter rolls because they’re the raw material of elections: who’s registered, where they live, whether they voted, and (in some states) party affiliation. Control or influence over that data gives him three big advantages:
First, leverage his fraud claims. Voter rolls are inherently messy—people move, die, or skip elections—and access lets him cherry-pick anomalies to fuel fraud claims, even when none exist.
·Outdated addresses: People move a lot. A voter registered at an old address can be framed as “voting illegally,” even if they voted legally at their current address or didn’t vote at all.
Duplicate-looking records: Same name, similar birthdate, or data-entry variations (e.g., “Robert” vs. “Bob”). These get falsely labeled as “double voters.”
Deceased voters on rolls: States don’t instantly remove people when someone dies. “DEAD PEOPLE ARE VOTING.” No, they’re not voting. They’re dead.
Inactive voters: Voters who haven’t participated in recent elections stay on rolls by law. These are portrayed as “ghost voters.”
Citizenship mismatches: Flawed database matching (DMVs, immigration records) can incorrectly flag eligible citizens as non-citizens.
Timing overlaps: Someone who moved between states may appear briefly on two rolls. That’s legal and common—but framed as fraud.
Clerical errors: Typos, missing middle initials, wrong suffixes (Jr./Sr.) small mistakes inflated into systemic problems.
These anomalies are normal, expected, and harmless—but they’re easy to misrepresent to suggest massive fraud, justify purges, challenge ballots, or cast doubt on close results.
Election fraud is rare. Data messiness is not fraud—but it’s perfect raw material for bad-faith claims.
Second, Trump demands the data to pressure state officials and undermine trust by implying they’re hiding something. Rolls can be used to justify aggressive voter challenges and purges that disproportionately affect certain groups.
And finally, Trump wants to centralize power he doesn’t legally have. Like the Mafia.
States have primary authority over elections. Trump has long pushed the idea that the federal executive should override or “take control” when he claims fraud. Access to voter rolls is a step toward federalizing influence without federal authority.
Trump doesn’t want voter rolls to make voting easier or cleaner. He wants them to control the story, pressure the system, and set the stage to contest outcomes he doesn’t like.
Dirty little secret: Campaigns are permitted to buy voter rolls, but not the sensitive information like, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, email addresses, party affiliation and full birthdates. This protects us from identity theft, financial fraud and political retribution.
On the day Alex Pretti was shot in the back by ICE thugs, Pam Bondi sent a Sicilian message to Governor Tim Walz. She laid out three demands that if met, could end the violent deployment of federal immigration enforcement agents in Minneapolis.
Pam Bondi’s “Three Demands Ransom Letter.”
“First, share all of Minnesota’s records on Medicaid and Food and Nutrition Service programs, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program data, with the federal government.”
-That’s already happened.
-2022 Indictments for Fraud in the SNAP program
-Aimee Bock, and Salem Ahmeed Said were convicted in March of 2025. 78 others have been charged with 60 pleading guilty or convicted at trial. Aimee Bock is in custody awaiting sentencing.
“Second, repeal the sanctuary policies that have led to so much crime and violence in your state. Removing criminal illegal aliens from Minnesota neighborhoods will save lives, and state and local officials should support this goal. All detention facilities in your state should cooperate fully with ICE, honor immigration detainers, and permit ICE to interview detainees in custody to determine immigration status. I urge you to reach an agreement with ICE that allows them to remove illegal aliens in custody of Minnesota’s prisons and jails and avoids pushing these interactions into your streets.”
“Third, allow the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice to access voter rolls to confirm that Minnesota’s voter registration practices comply with federal law as authorized by the Civil Rights Act of 1960. Fulfilling this commonsense request will better guarantee free and fair elections and boost confidence in the rule of law. I am confident that these simple steps will help bring back law and order to Minnesota and improve the lives of Americans.”
Her first two demands are bullshit. It’s about the voter rolls.
On the day Pam Bondi sent this extortion letter, Alex Pretti was shot in the back ten times. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IMMIGRATION.
Rest in Peace Alex. You died with valor—honor intact. A hero.
