I'm so thankful that you're going to find the time during your much-deserved retirement to continue your Substack. More importantly, please know there are so many of us throughout the world that are sending love & support to you & your family for Thursday's procedure and for future health & happiness. Politics is important, especially in these threatening times by republicans, conservatives, and mostly small men, but, love & humanity inevitably triumph. Cheers!

(I tended to do much of my political work—writing postcards, writing politicians, making protest posters—while listening, so I’ll have to discipline myself to do them while someone else talks.) I wish you the absolute best tomorrow and forever after. Your audience will be here whenever you call us.
